Cookie Policy
Which cookies and similar technologies this website uses, why, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and local storage. They can be used to make a website work, to remember your preferences, to understand how a website is used and to measure advertising.
2. Your choices
When you first visit our website, a banner asks whether you accept or reject optional cookies, or would like to customise your preferences. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the website works either way. Your choice is stored for 180 days, after which we ask again.
You can change your choice at any time:
The same option is available through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising cookies are switched off by default.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the website to work securely and cannot be switched off. They remember your cookie choices and protect our forms against misuse.
Analytics (optional)
If we enable analytics tools such as Google Analytics and you consent, these cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are visited and how people navigate — so we can improve it.
Advertising (optional)
If we enable advertising measurement tools such as Google Ads conversion tracking or Floodlight tags for Google Campaign Manager 360 and Display & Video 360, and you consent, these cookies help us measure whether our own advertising leads to enquiries. We do not use them to sell your information.
Until you consent, we configure Google tags using Google Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage set to “denied”, and our default setup does not load optional tags at all.
4. Cookies in detail
The table below lists the cookies our website may set. Optional cookies are set only if the related service has been enabled by us and you have consented. Durations for third-party cookies are set by the provider and may change.
| Name | Provider | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cz_consent | CREATIONZ | Strictly necessary | Stores your cookie preferences and the date you set them. | 180 days |
CZSESSID | CREATIONZ | Strictly necessary | Holds a temporary security token that protects our contact and strategy call forms against cross-site request forgery. Set only when you use a form. | Session (deleted when you close your browser) |
_ga, _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Analytics | Distinguishes visitors and sessions to produce aggregated usage statistics. | Up to 2 years |
_gcl_au and similar _gcl_ cookies | Google Ads | Advertising | Measures conversions from our Google Ads campaigns. | Up to 90 days |
IDE, test_cookie | Google (doubleclick.net) — Campaign Manager 360 / Display & Video 360 | Advertising | Floodlight conversion measurement for our programmatic and display campaigns. | Up to 13 months (test_cookie: minutes) |
5. Third-party providers
Where we use Google services, Google processes data according to its own policies. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, manage ad personalisation at My Ad Center, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect how some websites work. Deleting cookies will also delete your stored preference, and our banner will appear again on your next visit.
7. Updates
We will update this policy if we add or change the tools we use. If we add new optional categories, we will ask for your consent again.
8. Contact
