1. Our commitment

CREATIONZ ADVERTISING INC. wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and to meet the requirements of Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) where they apply to us.

2. Measures we have taken

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and labelled page regions.
• A “Skip to main content” link and full keyboard access to navigation, menus, tabs, accordions, forms and the cookie preference dialog.
• Clearly visible focus indicators.
• Colour combinations chosen to meet contrast requirements; information is not conveyed by colour alone.
• Form fields with visible labels, clear instructions and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Support for the “reduce motion” setting, which disables non-essential animation.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and text resizing without loss of content.

3. How we assess accessibility

This website was evaluated during development using automated testing tools and manual checks, including keyboard-only navigation and review of headings, labels and contrast. This is a self-assessment; the website has not been independently audited. We plan to review accessibility periodically and when significant changes are made.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Content provided by third parties, such as external websites we link to, is outside our control. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can address it.
